wellness coaching

If you’re ready to build structure and self-trust, break free from feeling disconnected from your body and finally build the confidence, resilience, and autonomy you deserve - this is where we dig deep.

Whether you're struggling with where to start improving your lifestyle, feeling stuck in cycles of stress and burnout, battling anxiety, overthinking every meal choice, or struggling during contest prep, wellness coaching may help.

What to Expect

Strategic Direction

Gradual, realistic progress rather than an all-or-nothing overhaul. Together, we build sustainable habits through small, intentional changes that compound over time - supporting long-term growth without burnout or overwhelm.

Plans work best when there’s skin in the game. A collaborative approach ensures you’re an active participant in your growth leading to higher motivation, better adherence, and more personalized goals and strategies

Collaborative Energy

Guidance that asks the right questions, offers science-backed tools, and helps you connect the dots between insight and action. Sessions are structured to create progress while remaining flexible to meet you where you are.

Expert Facilitation

An environment where you can think out loud, reflect honestly, and show up as you are. This space is designed to feel steady and encouraging, not pressured or performative.

what is wellness?

It is an active, ongoing process of caring for your body and mind so you can function well, feel better, and live with as much balance and quality of life as possible.

wellness coaching options

If you’re…

  • Feeling anxious or overwhelmed before stepping into the gym… or avoiding it entirely

  • Starting and stopping routines, never finding what sticks

  • Constantly pushing through exhaustion instead of listening to your body

  • Not sure how to fuel yourself properly, or swinging between restriction and overindulgence

  • Wanting to have better boundaries and relationships, but not knowing how or what to do…

Let’s chat.

Note: While wellness coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and not bound by the same legal requirements, this practice voluntarily maintains therapy-level confidentiality standards and communication boundaries to ensure the highest level of professional service and client protection. This approach safeguards both the coaching relationship integrity and prevents any inadvertent crossing of regulatory lines between wellness and clinical services.

Don’t forget to schedule your strategy call to make sure coaching is right for you!

  • Focused, 60-minute coaching sessions who want targeted support without ongoing commitments. A la carte sessions do not include comprehensive tracking and text support, making these perfect for clarity, problem-solving, and learning skills, how to meal plan, and other occasional guidance situations.

Submitting your intake ahead of your session is encouraged to maximize session time.

Fees: $185 for individuals, $195 for dyads (couples, family members, etc.)

  • ***COMING SOON!***

The ultimate coaching experience! This membership is designed for clients who want ongoing, integrated support and don’t want to start over each session or juggle multiple professionals. It is intentionally high-touch and limited so I can provide each client with the continuity, responsiveness, and customization they deserve.

If you're ready to do the work and make a lasting change in how you inhabit your body and navigate life's challenges, this is the program for you. Let's get fortified.

This coaching is a monthly membership where you get:

    • Two 90-minute In-Person or Online sessions each month: We'll explore nervous system regulation, build personalized plans and/or exercise programs, and focus on changing learned behaviors around movement, nutrition, and all other areas of life’s demands.

    • Unlimited messaging: When you need support, I'm just a message away, helping you stay grounded and accountable. Ongoing access ensures issues don’t pile up. Premium coaching clients get extended hours access.

    • Personalized tools and methodologies: Together, we'll create actionable strategies including custom workout plans, meal planning frameworks, and behavior modification techniques.

    • Tailored coaching just for you: This isn't a cookie-cutter situation; every session is customized to your unique challenges, body, and goals. Patterns are tracked across weeks - not single dose timepoints. Note: In-person sessions better allow for in-vivo exercise learning, form checks and corrections, and basic rehabilitation tools.

    • Resources: Learning doesn't happen just in sessions. You'll get access to health resources, grounding techniques, templates, and any educational materials needed to deepen your practice between sessions.

    What this coaching isn't:

    • A quick fix - lasting change requires time and commitment.

    • A boot camp or diet plan - our focus is on sustainable, embodied wellness that honors your nervous system.

    • A done-for-you service - you won't just receive generic exercise and meal plans to follow blindly; instead, you'll learn how to build your own programs that actually work for YOU. I don’t feed you for a day, I teach you how to fish.

It is highly suggested (and science agrees!) to commit to at least three months of consistent coaching for best results.

Why a Three-Month Commitment? Three months gives us the consistency needed for real transformation. This time frame ensures:

    • Momentum: Regular sessions and unlimited messaging keep you moving forward.

    • Deep Transformation: We're working on rewiring thought patterns, movement patterns, and your relationship with your body, which takes time.

    • Accountability: Committing to the process helps you stay engaged, even when it's challenging.

    • Communication: Unlimited text support between sessions via phone or email, with responses ASAP.

    Fees:$1,850/month, or $5,200 for 3-months ($1,733/month - savings of $350)

    • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 30 days' notice. Refunds are prorated based on services used, with digital resources becoming non-refundable once accessed. No refunds after 30 days.

    • Session Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. No-shows will not be rescheduled for that month.

  • Got a burning question about using exercise, mindfulness, and other life skills to elevate your life? Submit a question and receive a confidential, personalized response.

    How It Works:

    1. Submit your question: Type your question into the text box provided below.

    2. Receive your response: Sasha will reply via email or a personalized video (up to 5 minutes) within 1-2 business days. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) — if you don't receive it within 3 days, reach out for assistance. If you have a preference for email vs video, please include that; otherwise, Sasha will respond with what she feels is most helpful.

Your Privacy Matters: This is a private response meant just for you. These questions and responses are never shared on social media. For questions to be answered publicly, please ask directly on the platform or submit for content by emailing TheSpot@sapowellness.com

Disclaimer: Sasha's responses are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be seen as a substitute for medical or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional for any concerns regarding your health and well-being.

    Fees: $50.00 per question

PLEASE NOTE: The Spot is designed for specific questions about using exercise, nutrition, mindfulness techniques, nervous system regulation, and practical life skills where Sasha can give you direct feedback or perspective. It is not the right space for complex mental health issues requiring ongoing therapeutic support (such as severe depression, active eating disorders, substance abuse, or trauma processing). These topics require the depth and continuity of therapy.

To get the most value from your submission, please keep your question focused and clear — for example: "How do I start strength training when I'm anxious about the gym?" "What grounding technique works best before a stressful meeting?" "How can I communicate boundaries with my Type-A boss?" " How do I stay consistent when motivation drops?" “How do I have a difficult conversation with my partner about my needs?"

Questions like "How do I process trauma from my PTSD?" or "How do I stop my eating disorder behaviors?" are better suited for therapy and will not be answered here. There are no refunds once a question has been submitted.
