I specialize in lifting the weight off your shoulders by spotting patterns you might miss and making real-time adjustments that eliminate decision fatigue. My background as a therapist, athlete, scientist, and coach provides me the insight to create a streamlined support system that simplifies your path forward. You bring the overwhelm; I bring the clarity and structure that makes everything feel manageable again.
