Your privacy matters! Sapo Wellness maintains HIPAA confidentiality standards and communication boundaries to ensure client protection. This approach safeguards both the client-practitioner relationship integrity and prevents any inadvertent crossing of regulatory lines between services.

  • Comprehensive and integrated support for novices to seasoned lifters. This 12-week container integrates exercise training, nutrition, sleep and recovery, and mindset and behavioral skills in one place, with two tracks to choose from:

    • Performance track - for those who would like to understand or improve their mental health, habits or behaviors without needing clinical-level support

    • Therapy (Texas residents only)- for those who require trauma work, deeper processing, or clinical-level mental health support

    Both tracks work alongside your training and nutrition plan. They work in both directions:

    • Coaching → Therapy: If you’re doing well but realize you’d like deeper support, we transition you to the Therapy Track with the appropriate consent and clinical documentation

    • Therapy → Coaching: If you no longer need clinical-level processing but want to keep building on training, nutrition, and skills, we transition you to the Performance Track. This also applies if you move out of state. Therapy is state-licensed, but coaching isn't, so a move doesn't have to end the work

    Same specialist. Same integrated program. The track adapts to what you actually need.

    Month-to-month options also available.

Other ways to work together

The 12-week concierge program is the heart of the practice - it's where the most meaningful, integrated work happens. But, it isn't the only way to engage. For clients whose schedule, budget, or life chapter doesn't fit a 12-week container - or for those who want a focused entry point before committing - the options below are also available.

  • 50-minute 1:1 sessions for therapy-adjacent targeted support around building sustainable systems, general exercise and nutrition, and non-clinical level mental health support.

    Great for novice to experienced lifters, bodybuilders in prep, and other high achievers wanting more mindset support.

  • 50-minute or intensives - individual therapy sessions for clients who want clinical-level support.

    Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma (C-PTSD, PTSD), stress and anger management, body confidence, disordered eating, and general nervous system regulation skills.

    Intensives may be scheduled in 2-, 3-, and 4+ hour blocks and allow for deeper processing with less frequency than traditional 50-minute sessions allow for.

    Emotional Support Animal (ESA) authorizations available.

    I do not currently accept insurance.

  • Personal Coaching Session

    CSCS-level 1:1 45min coaching at Believe HTX. Hands-on technique work, programming insight, and accountability for a single session. Best for athletes wanting to refine a specific lift, troubleshoot a sticking point, or sample coaching before committing to a monthly structure.

    Monthly Programming + Nutrition

    Individualized training for clients wanting a structured program. Includes a personalized plan built around your goals, equipment, and schedule. Includes nutrition support via macro targets/meal plans, with weekly check-ins to recalibrate as you progress.

    Also available without nutrition support.

  • Group offerings designed to teach specific skills in a focused, hands-on format.

    Accessible entry points for people who aren't ready for 1:1 work yet, or who want sharper skill in specific areas.

    The Spot is not for complex mental health concerns requiring ongoing therapeutic support - severe depression, active eating disorders, substance abuse, or trauma processing all require the depth and continuity of therapy. Keep your question focused for the most useful response.
